Service Description

Lossless provides SMS-based authentication for secure login access.

SMS Verification Terms

By submitting your phone number and clicking "Send Code", you consent to receive SMS verification codes from Lossless:

• One SMS message per login attempt
• Standard message and data rates apply (check with your carrier)
• Reply STOP to opt out (prevents SMS login)
• Reply HELP for support

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate phone number information
• Keep verification codes confidential
• Don't share account access with others
• Don't attempt to circumvent security or rate limits
• Use only for lawful purposes

Rate Limiting

SMS requests are limited to 3 messages per hour per phone number to prevent abuse.

Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

Lossless and Penrose Development are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
